I've been wondering the same thing. Dash is 4 mo. old and has had 3 out of 4 sets of shots. I want to be able to take him out with me but don't want to risk anything. Do you mean that they don't need to be outside AT ALL or just interacting with other dogs? I'm kind of confused on this subject

- any advice would be great!
