My thought is, Let the Admin decide to move something or not. That is what they are there for. Since this is not "my" forum I don't make the rules, I just agree to abide by the rules in place.

If I post something in the wrong place, I'm really sorry. I Personally don't care where someone starts a new thread, or what the thread is about. I just reply or I don't. I really don't have the time or the inclination to worry about where someone else posts a thread. I just like to read what is going on, and try to learn as much as I can about yorkies and I like to think that I have met some new friends.
