When is it ok to take the yorkie for a walk? Is there an exact time he is ready to take for a walk? He's had 2 sets of shots already. I don't want him to get sick or anything.

Also, when is he ready to sleep in the bedroom without a cage? He is pretty good about peeing and pooping on the newspaper in the living room. Should I put the newspaper in the bedroom, and slowly inch it away from the door everynight? or just be consistent and leave the paper in the living room. He gets lonely at night when I leave him in his pen. But then I leave play with him in the morning. But then have to leave to go to work. And he gets lonely when I'm at work. Thats why I sort of want him to sleep in the bedroom so he doesn't get lonely.
