Default Advice on getting a 2nd Yorkie....

Can anyone give advice on adding another Yorkie to the household. My Kipper is almost 1yr old and he is soooo spoiled. I really want to get him a little sister to keep him occupied during the day when nobody is home, but I am afraid of how the training of the new pup will affect him. Kipper is no longer in the crate and has the living room and dining room available to him during the day. Do I keep them separated for the first few months and keep one upstairs and one downstairs until the new puppy is housebroken? It doesn't seem right to keep the new one in the crate and have Kipper alone downstairs!! I'm soooo confused!! Is there a chance that the new baby could learn from Kipper and be housebroken more quickly? Or will Kipper do a 360 and go back to being a puppy again and have accidents??? I sure hope not!! I don't know what to do... but I really want another YORKIE!!! Anyone have any stories to share???
