i also feel 500.00 is a fair stud fee. there are only two other studs that i know of in my area. one is for a 5 generation champion pedigree for a silky terrier and she charges 2000.00. the other for a yorkie is 1000.00....only a few champion .....she uses this as her selling tool.

so, i think it is a fair price but due to the stud not being proven, i would definately go lower.

i would just ask nicely if the price is neg. due to him not being proven.
