I am so sorry...I am hoping the black spots are just broken blood vessels....my hubby works in a dermatology lab he looks at skin specimens, tumors, and growths of all kinds everyday...he is not a dog expert but said if that was on a human...Its not even close to being cancerous. Black cells are usually just dried blood cells turning dark and scary looking. Hope that helps! He says relax..he really thinks it's nothing.
