I think you gave me some advice before. I'm so sorry to hear your Yorkie isn't doing well now. What is wrong with her? :-(
Mine is still coughing and the vet bills keep going up and the doctors keep asking to do more and more tests. I'm scared to be trapped like you seem to be. It sucks. I definitley know what you must be going through. :-( I hope it works out. I don't know what to do myself...
