I found a stud that is registered with the same kennel as my female. But I was wondering if $500.00 is too much to pay for a stud fee. The stud is not a proven stud and this would be his first breeding as well as for my female. Is it disrespecting to negotiate the price of a stud fee?

I have not came up with a contract either. Does anyone have a sample breeding contract I can look at so that I can have an idea what to include in there?
