Guys, what do you think is that kennel a puppy mill or not?

red flags: too many breeds and too many dogs.

However, many show breeders from abroad think that this kennel has a very good reputation in "show world" .

I'd prefer to do a poll to see how many people think that this is a puppy mill, but don't know how...
