Molly did this too. Making the crate smaller didn't help her, but that seems to be the right first step. Molly has hopefully outgrown it now as she's had several dry nights.
I got to where I cut up old towels and put in there for her to sleep on, as they were easier to wash every night than a blankie. I also cleaned it with neutralizer after every accident.
