Congratulations on your new baby. Sounds like he needs some time to adjust and perhaps a quiet area where he can get out of the middle of the activity to "relax".

As far as food -- find a good quality dry kibble (a lot of us use Canidae All Life Stages) and try this little trick. It almost always works with a picky eater. Grind up some of the kibble into a powder and mix it with the canned food. After he is eating that start leaving a few "lumps" of dry kibble and mix it with the canned. Reduce the amount of canned gradually until you are just using a teeny tiny bit.
