 coccidia
My Sister in law had a Beagle puppy that did the same thing. She had coccidia. It lasted for a couple of weeks. I think she had to take antibiotics, but was ok. She freaked out because bloody stool sounds so horrible, but I guess it is kind of a common problem in puppies. Hope your baby is well soon!
