the reason that only blood is coming out is because she has pooped everything else out and her intestines are still upset from whatever started this whole thing... and all she can get out is the blood that is coming from her intestintes.. again... relitively normal with diarrhea but i'd definitly say to go to the vet tomorrow.... poor girl doens't need to suffer any longer
