I am not sure. Do you think she ate something while you werent looking that she shouldnt have eaten and maybe it is "tearing" her stomach up?
I don't know but hope she gets over whatever it is VERY VERY soon.

I alos agree with Breny... when Sophie had Coccidia she had bloody stools.
