Go Teapots! Otis is skinny but he's long legged, he doesn't look like he weighs 9 pounds. The place where I got my shih poo said he'd be about 7 pounds and he's 13 pounds!!!! Sorry he's a little bigger than you thought he was going to be. We love our teapots!!! More to love and more to snuggle.
