As far as the ears go, it's possible to tape them and train them before 6 monthes of age, after that it's iffy. The ears may be floppy because the hair weighed them down for too long and broke the cartledge. If this is the case they won't come up again. Try taping them for 3 days and see if they will stand. If not floppy ears are cute too.
