Shadow. I use boneless chicken breast as well. If you have a BJ's or Costco by you it's a lot cheaper. I think I pay $2.39 a pound for it and that's individually freezer wrapped. It costs me I think around $17.00 for a tray and I freeze each piece (Because as I said they are individually wrapped) and then take them out as I need them. I usually cook it w/ a chicken boiluon cube, and add fresh carrots, and either potatoe or sweet potatoe and then mix in some brown rice. Elaine |
