I agree with Kona and Tx2stepn I DO NOT let mine out until ALL shots are given (around 3.5-4months), rabies included. You just don't know what they can catch.. I would say you are okay to let your baby out since she is almost 11 months (I assume she has all her shots) I would say go for it

they love going for walks..
