I just got home from worship team rehearsal. It went very well. Tomorrow is the 80th anniversary of my church and we're having a special service and special music - from the beginning until now. It's so much fun singing and playing the old hymns and worship choruses.
Tink is not doing well today. I thought she might snap out of it but she's not. She won't eat, she finally drank some water. She just laid in her chair or on my bed all day. Wherever I went she shadowed me but she just wanted to be held and to lick me. Even play time this morning was brief. She chased the ball twice and her talking purse for a few minutes and then she put everything in her crate and shut the door.
I think she is missing my sister and the two dogs of my cousins. Now that we're home, she is alone with just me. Poor little thing. She'll have to get used to it though for awhile. If she doesn't get better by tomorrow, I may think about doggy day care once a week. |
