Hello, I am relatively new to YT. I have a yorkie who is 19 weeks old, weighs 1 pound 2 ounces(according to the food scale), he is only 4 inches tall. If that! His little belly is only off the ground by 2 inches, if that. Is this normal? He doesn't look like he will ever grow taller. His little legs are very fragile and fine boned. Oh yeh, short too. How tall should he get? Thank you for your input and information.
