Yep, she is WAY too small to breed. She is over 8 months old and is still this small (around 2 lbs). I actually didn't get her for breeding anyway as I don't have all the knowledge to do it, and I would never DREAM of making her have babies "just because" even if she were big enough to breed as I am not a breeder.
She is considered "show quality" - she is just too darn small, LOL.
It may sound like alot of money to some people, but if you know anything at all about the Durrer Bloodlines, you might think otherwise

And, show breeders ARE going to have show breeder prices. I already knew that when I found her. Sure, I probably could have found a cute little girl for $1000-$1500, but I fell in love with my baby and being that she came from a wonderful and very well respected quality show breeder who STILL keeps contact with me over the phone and through e-mail, just makes me all the more glad that I chose her and spent the money I spent.
I wouldn't trade her for anything in THE WORLD and I think the fact that she sells her babies for $2,500 and kindly let me have my baby for $2,000 because she knew that we were saving up for a trip to Germany was WONDERFUL and very kind of her. She is a great breeder and I would go back to her in a MINUTE
