You have to download their tiny program and run it on your hard drive.
Then, open the program on your computer and open your file that has the video you want to share and drag it into the little jusspress program window.
To get the URL for your videos, go to your jusspress web site, which is
www.jusspress.com/yourname and there will be a link called "link" and if you click on it, it will give you a direct link to every particular video.
