I know there have been numerous threads about controlling their barking. I am going to try the pennies in a can method for when Izzy barks uncontrollably in the house. However, I have a big problem with taking him on walks. When he sees another dog he goes nuts and wont stop barking!! Its so bad that he sounds like he's crying sometimes. The dog can be across the street and no where near him and he goes crazy. Its frustrating because I have to cut our walks short, or I find myself not taking him around on constant look out for other dogs. I need some advice...Im so frustrated I dread taking him on walks.
