Ah, but of course! The "bald-looking" stage. Hee hee. From my experience, this is pretty normal for this breed. My yorkie baby had that rather unique look for a few months as well, but it'll grow out before you know it. You can try trimming the black hair down to the silver part to make it one color if you would prefer that. Or try taking him to the groomer to see what they suggest. My furbaby just had her one year birthday and the hair on her head is mostly blonde with gray streaks in front of her eyes. I think the multi colored hair is gorgeous! Looks like she had highlights done...lol. Anyway, I hope you can figure something out.
