You may want to have a groomer or vet show you how to trim nails properly. It isn't hard, but it helps to have someone show you how to do it.
Flea and tick realy varies on where you live and how often you are around other dogs. My kids go out quite a bit and never get fleas. We don't do the preventative. IF they get a flea then we will give it to them but it has happened once in the past 3 years. I don't see spending the 12+ per month on EACH dog to prevent fleas when they normally dont get them. However in some areas fleas are bad and its a necessity. |
