I wouldn't hesitate to tell them she's too fragile, she's a tiny little baby and I don't want you to pick her up. My neice and nephew definately know the rules when they come to my house. I'll take a few hurt feelings over an accidental injury to my baby. Tell them you love her, she was expensive, she wiggles a lot, she's your baby and you don't want to take any chances.
