I made Snoodles the cutest dress for the fourth today!
The main part of the dress is little red and white flags, White lace with red on it around the neck and arms, a big red white and blue bow down the back with garland interweaved it, and the cutest bow made out of the garland. It has a scooped hem with garland on it. She Sparkles! When I get the pic developed maybe I can post it!
