The second time they did it--I had just gotten out of the shower and was not properly dressed

so I couldn't go running out there. I don't think they would take him but I am going to talk to them tomorrow again and tell them they need to stop or I will call the cops for "endangering" my dogs. My pups are everything to me as well and it took everything for me to not go off and smack them. They know my pups ar my babies and they saw how upset I was when I lost my yorkie at 8 months to a liver shunt problem. THEY MAKE ME SO MAD.
