How old is your puppy? They are usually removed with the neuter around 6 months of age. If your puppy is not 6 months yet, then you probably have time to let them come out on their own. If he is over 6 months, I would not wait to long, as food will get caught between the teeth and it will start to stink and the bite could be messed up. In the meantime, give him lots of chew toys and teething treats that will help loosen the teeth and help them fall out. It can be expensive to have them extracted (my vet charges $25 per tooth) so the more you can do to loosen them, the better!
