No Walgreens here, but that's what I used to use when I lived in NC.
Kodak does, I've never heard of York...there's also Black's photos that do it. Pretty much everywhere does these days!
Also, I forgot to add that you can do basic editing & create photo gifts on Wal-Mart's site (and the other companies, I'm sure).
