Hi Brenda, if you intend to use them so they don't pee on your floor, you need a thick pad but you need to cut them to size as they are just so tiny that the width between the 2 hind legs are just way to small 
Anikka wore one when she was in heat but there was barely any blood, more like just spotting so I used a liner |
