I don't care who you buy from...always ask to speak to the vet for a reference and a one year genetic health guarantee is quite standard now.
I would back away from any breeder who refused either...for me it tells you what type breeder you are dealing with..as to inbreeding, I can not tell you if the pup will have health problems down the line or not..same with unrelated, but the chances are greater with inbred, that is common sense.

AND...I HATE NON-REFUNDABLE Deposits..why do this to a buyer? You are forcing a person to take your puppy, makes no sense to me. If a person changes their mind for any reason, give back the money..Yorkies are in demand, no need to keep peoples money!
