I agree. Small dogs can be carried, but you cannot carry a Beagle. It seems that every time we take ours (Yorkie) to Petsmart she pees on the floor. There are stations where you can get items to clean it up, but not in Wal Mart! If Yorkies are allowed in Wal Mart why not Beagles? It just seems that there have to be limits. Yesterday we took our baby to Bass Pro Shop. We were on our way home from visiting out of state, and the store was an hour from our home. We took her in, and they even gave her a treat

. Then we had lunch at their sea food restaurant. They let us sit at their outdoor tables and gave her a bowl of water. It was great. But that can't be every store.
