I'm no expert and it's hard to say...is it her health you are concerned about, or is having a Yorkie with a beautiful coat important to you too? How old is she? I would say it doesn't look like she has a very thick coat. Maybe a breeder can say what they think or you could post in the breeder section and ask there. I liked JRo's idea to take her to an impartial Vet for a health check.
