you're from TW!?! cool where abouts? i'm in hsinchu. but yes! I just found out that avocadoes are quite bad for animals ... but its controversial whether or not its just the plant or the fruit, or both. I actually posted a thread in the health/dite forum about the info I found about avocados.

hey and since your from TW do you know where I can find these brands (solid gold and innova) of food here? I didn't know solid golld was good for skin problems .. i would be really interested in finding out if its available in tw.
It would be much easier to be able to buy it here rather than buying it in America and bringing it back with me on my trips. lol.
