The pish pad is super thin and you can cut it with scissors and doesn't fray(even when puppies are chewing on the corners they got a hold of). That's why I bought the big roll and yep, have alternates for the ones hangin' on the line. You can put them in the dryer, but the liner on the back seems to hold in the moisture at the folds, so I just hang 'em out.
