I'm sorry but I don't buy it. For one, the pic doesn't add up. Why is the dog covered/laying in snow?
Second, how trustworthy is a site that has other news like, "12 year old gets divorced," and "Scientists create robot lobster?" I don't know. This reminds me of something I saw on snopes.com, An urban legend message board. They had the same thing except it was video footage. *Can't grab the link right now, I'm at work*
If this were true...Peta would be all over it.....Don't ya think?
