Am I rude???
I always put Tinkerbell and Chiquito in their room....specially now that I think Tinkerbell might be pregnant. I am very straight forward and say that my dogs are not playing dogs(like toys). Some of them even ask why dont I let them out while they are in my house
How about "because you or your kids might step on them" I much rather hear my baby upset cause she is put away....than some freak accident happen to them. And honestly I dont care if they get offended, better offended than sorry
