Like Dr. Phil says - not in so many words - fake it until it becomes real.
Put your shoulders back, head high, you're the Queen. Pay absolutely no attention to his needs (except when he needs to pee, etc.). It's all about you
and your needs on your walk. If he acts up, correct him however you do it, and then keep on going.
This is all so much easier with that glass of wine! |
