You might try pee pads with a spray attractant, and put some of the dog's pee on there as well. I think it is Simple Solution that makes house training pads that are scented to attract the dog to use them. The other option is I have seen on the internet an indoor dog potty made of fake grass. The name escapes me. But perhaps something like that might work? You might also contact a trainer and see if they have any suggestions.
