I have a small Juicy carrier that I bought for Lacy for her 1st Birthday. It's really too small for her so i never use it. I'm just saving it for when I get another dog - hopefully it will be small enough to fit. Here is a pic of mine - it is 9in high I believe. I wouldn't think 1/2in would make a difference. I've never traveled with Lacy on a plane before but just wanted to say I think it would work. If not go to http://www.petflys.com All of their carriers are airlined approved, come in three different sizes (mini, small/regular, and medium), and are so cute! Lacy is 7lbs and fits into a small/regular sized PetFlys carrier.

2. She got this Juicy Carrier last Christmas (perfect for her..just wanted to show it cause I LOVE Juicy Couture! HaHa)
