I just flat out tell them the truth... I talk about them being VERY hard to potty train.... That they cant be left alone long that they are needy. Their teeth need to be cleaned because they are prone to have bad teeth. I go on talking how they have to make sure they are fed so often because they could have an Hypoglacima attack. Along with daily grooming and almost weekly baths. If you dont want barking then dont have them. With their fragile bones they could break them just by jumping out of your arms or off the couch... and Wow, that is a major bill. Usually by the time I point out alllllllllllll this.. They say that is to much going ons. But I dont mention all the postives.. and how rewarding they are

But truly any real dog or animal lover... those things would not discourage them.
