I've heard they are bad for dogs, but I saw a doggie treat recipe that used avacados. I can't remember the name of the doggie cook book but they sell it at Barnes & Noble with a little bone shaped cookie cutter. They even had a section about the benefits of avacodos..didn't read it closely because I was just skimming for recipes. I had always heard they were bad though
