I don't really fully understand the meetups, or the members, it would be great but this is so important that they are posted asap, that Sherlock should know of a service that would do the appropiate places necessary to cover the area's of most interest. I would think there would be someone in that business, as California has it all.

This is so massive, also how do we get the posters to all these people? That is why I think Sherlock needs to help with distribution, he probably knows of a service.

It might be more cost effective to do a billboard on the highway between Modesto and Tracy. Do you know anything about billboards? Or where you could go to find out information of putting one up for a couple of weeks at a time. I feel like it is going to take over a week to spread all these posters without a service for each important area.

What are your thoughts and anyone's else's?

I will call Maureen and see just what Sherlock can do for us. If he can not take the phone calls, maybe Maureen can get a second line for those calls only, so none are missed, and Sherlock could leave the message on her other line answering Sherlock Bones in English and Spanish, to please leave a message and we will get right back to you., and if she needed him to translate the Spanish calls all she has to do is call him on one line, and play back the messages on the other. i don't think it would be that costly to get another line, just for the purpose of people calling about ZEKE. It is of most importance that they can get through, and the other line Maureen can use for personal calls and gifts for ZEKE.

I think Maureen is going to be pretty tied up with Gifts for Zeke calls, and she could be missing calls about spottings on ZEKE or information as to his whereabouts. I would also think their is a service you could gift to post the posters in the most important areas. Also a service to copy as many posters as we could use. My eyes are changing lanes, I can barley see my computer, I'll be back after I get all my babies to bed.
Here's my humble opinion on the subject of billboards V. poster distribution, and their overall effectiveness.

Billboards are mostly seen when driving past them. Your image retention of them is thus fleeting. One would not be able to remember finer details about Zeke's face, his coloring etc. There is no concrete image to hold in front of you to remind you of these points. Plus, one does not have time to write down info, like Maureen's contact number, when driving past a billboard. They are extremely expensive, and very time consuming to plan and execute.

Flyers reach a huge audience. It can be as large as you wish to make it. Each person that keeps one, can refer to it, if they happen to spot a Yorkie/ know of a situation that meets Zeke's particulars. Phone numbers are right there, for immediate access. Also, although I have never used one myself, I am sure there are small flyer distribution companies available. Who has not been in a shopping center/Mall and not had a flyer of some type handed to them, whether it be promoting the latest store / soliciting business for the local car detailer?

The amount of flyers that could be distributed that would equal the cost of just one billboard, I think would be significant.

I would definitely monitor the amount of calls coming in, and have something set up, that would provide immediate access to record conversations that occur in Spanish or English. Forgotten details could be disastrous with follow ups to these calls. If the number of calls is significant, then for sure I would consider temporarily adding another phone line, if it is not too expensive. Financial resources must be put to use in areas where they will potentially produce the most effective results.

Now, this is just my brain trying to think logically after too many hours on the computer. So let me know what y'all think.

I just want Maureen to get the most "bang for her buck".

I wish I knew more of what Sherlock is implementing.I am so excited, and so hopeful that someone as knowledgeable as him, is on the case!!!
