I don't know about the second one, but I can probably find out about the one in Millersburg...I am only about an hour away from there...the only thing about Millersburg is that is Amish country and MOST of the "breeders" out there are Amish Puppy Millers. Doesn't mean he is, just alot of the Amish out there breed small dogs by the hundreds. I absolutely refuse to purchase a pup from Millersburg Oh because of the mill problems out there.
