actually a great thing!!! yorkies are prone to two rows of teeth because some of their babies never fall out and their adults grow in too.. Layla had to have two teeth pulled because of this... very very common!! so keep hoping those teeth come out! make sure he has a lot of good chew toys to help him out!!
