i also go from tail up.. i save the head for last because as long as her head is dry she won't shake. It REALLY helps to have help if that is possible.. my mom holds her head up... nose pointing to the sky and i rinse the water from her eyes back and then i just use a really wet facecloth to do around her eyes and nose and mouth where it gets REALLY dirty!
