Mine will follow me - actually VELCRO to me but I would never take a chance of walking them free like that on the street or in my neighborhood - if a big dog came out of nowhere and the yorkie takes off running - you have no way to scoop them up.
There's alot to be said for good training - but I'd only walk a tiny dog like that where I KNOW it's safe for them |
