i have not had a x-ray prior to delivery due to my vet refuses to do so. xrays cannot tell you how many b/c if you have been here on yt long enough, you will see some were surprised w more or even less. but i think it is a good idea to see if there is a large pup in there. i would have it at around day 55 and no later than 58 for piece of mind.
