i would use a harness or your baby .. i use a step in harness. i love them.
have a few different colors... no collars please
second.. maltese are great dogs, not that i have one cause i only have one, but i would get one if i could handle two. . right now one is good for me and lexi...
from what i hear another puppy will keep the other entertained and they wont
be lonely,, training.. well someone who has more that one will answer you.
